Ingredients
  • 2 Free-range eggs
  • 1 Nitrite-free bacon 1 strip, chopped
  • 2 cups Cabbage, finely shredded
  • Ground black pepper
  • Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat.

  2. 2. Assemble bacon in a way that they don't overlap and allow it to release its fats. 

  3. Sauté cabbage in this fat with bacon for a minute.

  4. Now add eggs and scramble until done. 5. Season with pepper and salt.
