APPLE-SPICED TURKEY TENDERLOINS

- Place the turkey tenderloins between waxed paper or plastic wrap. Use a wooden mallet or rolling pin to pound to ½ thickness. Place in 1 layer in a 10 round Pyrex pie plate. Arrange the apple slices in a circle in the center of the pie plate.
- In a small bowl, mix together all the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the tenderloins and apple slices. Cover the pie pan tightly with heavy-duty, microwave-safe plastic wrap.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Turn the plate a half turn. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Carefully pierce the plastic with a fork to release the steam. Let stand for several minutes and then remove the plastic and serve.
