These crepes are super quick to make. You can use stuff the crepes with nut butter or sugar-free jam as well. For more deliciousness, top the crepes with whipped cream or dust cinnamon.

Instructions

  1. Coat a griddle with cooking spray and preheat. 

  2. Combine egg whites with protein powder and whisk until fluffy. Add water if required. 

  3. Pour the batter onto griddle and cook until the crepe sets. Flip and cook the other side for a few seconds

  4. Place cream cheese and blueberries in the center of crepe and fold the ends. 5. Enjoy.
